Maryland Domino Day
Get ready for an epic display of toppling dominoes at the Maryland Science Center for the annual "Maryland Domino Day" event! This time around, a team of talented builders, including Scott Suko, Paul Nelson (PaulLovesDominoes), Alex Koops (DaksDominoes), and more, will be building under the theme of "National Parks and Monuments” in America! Imagine the massive domino builds representing iconic landmarks like The Grand Canyon, Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone Park, and many others. But that's not all! These domino structures will be interconnected with lines that brilliantly map out the entire US Interstate Highway system! It's a breathtaking sight you won't want to miss. Mark your calendars for September 10 - that's when the building extravaganza begins, with the final topple taking place on September 16 at 1:30 pm EDT. Visit mddomino.org/volunteer to learn more about this event, and to sign up as a volunteer if you'd like to help. Everyone is welcome, and prior building experience is not required! This is a great opportunity for everyone to get involved, and I cannot wait to see how this event turns out. Good luck to all!
